What would you take?
I found this blogger’s “Emergency Evacuation Grab & Go List” both timely and handy. Includes a list of items to grab in a five-minute evacuation and a 30-minute evacuation.
Emergency evacuation: “The fire in Herriman (Utah) caused well over 1,200 households to evacuate. I talked briefly to friends preparing to evacuate. The most difficult thing was to gather scrapbooks and photo albums.” What if a similar emergency caused you to have to leave your home in a hurry?
