Mormon Jokes

I hope that you don't mind... I was doing research for a Relief Society lesson and I came upon a website, Mormon Jokes. I had great hope that it would give me an opening story or joke for my lesson. Instead, I came upon this Texas joke. I rather like it. What do you think? Funny or not funny?


On giving object lessons in Texas :
. . . think of all the extra object lessons that your students would recognize: fireants, scorpions, killer bees, tornados. We live in a testing ground for some of the best latter day plagues. I've always suspected that the land of desolation is somewhere between San Antonio and El Paso.
